Judy Chapman is the former Editor-in-Chief of Spa Asia magazine and author of four books on spas. She is an expert in the global wellness industry and creates spas and wellness concepts and products for luxury brands around the world. She is a prolific writer and has contributed over 100 articles to International publications.
First to market in 2000 with her award-winning natural skincare and body range, Sanctum. Over the last two decades she has developed several organic skincare and wellness brands for hotels, spas, resorts and individuals. An avid trend hunter, Judy scours the world to find original paths to wellness through unique remedies, ingredients and modalities.
Judy has a deep understanding and respect for holistic health, integrative medicine, and Eastern medicine systems. Her love for travel and adventure has led her to explore all corners of the globe – she has studied with Ayurveda and Tibetan doctors in India and Nepal, experienced tea ceremonies and hot spring ‘onsen’ bathing in Japan, explored Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and Jamu and Balinese healing remedies in Indonesia.
As a seasoned wellness advocate, Judy is a Harper Collins author of Four books, has over 100 published articles in premium publications such as Vogue magazine. She was the Editor in chief of Spa Asia magazine, a columnist for Wellbeing Australia magazine and is regularly invited to appear as a wellness spokesperson on television; NBN and ABC radio to name a few.
Destinations Judy has lived and worked include Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Bali, China, India, Greece, Japan, Maldives, Myanmar, and the Middle East.
