Consultant for Phase 1 of this longevity destination will encompass a 100-room wellness hotel, 200 wellness lifestyle residences and a 30,000 square meter longevity, fitness, biohacking and wellness area complete with a bathhouse, contrast therapy, yoga, Pilates reformer studio, and healthful F&B. Scope of services included concept & development, master area planning, 10-year P&L and budget, inventory, set up costs, staffing and training plan, recommending wellness technologies and product procurement as well as developing treatment menu, retreats and longevity protocols and programming.

Engaged by a boutique property developer to create 100 wellness-focused villas designed for mindful living. Each villa will feature natural, low-impact materials, premium water and air purification, sleep enhancing amenities, dedicated fitness areas, and optional private spa suites with sauna, cold plunge, and treatment room. In addition, the scope included a full design of a Wellness Sanctuary with a functional gym, thermal circuit, meditation pavilions, yoga shala, integrative healing rooms, and a curated biohacking lounge. Scope of services for Phase 1 includes concept and design, area programming, FF&E and Inventory. Slated to open in 2027/2028.
